Add the Main Menu items below. We have provided a commonly used example. The Home menu item is recommended but can be optional if you have a lot of menu items, as clicking on the logo will take the user back to the home page.
Add any notes that are pertinent to the main menu.
Add the 2nd level Menu items below. Please use the first row to add the parent level you entered in the section above and then in each row below add the 2nd level item that goes below that parent level 1. For example, if you want to have the following under 'About Us;, then you will have About us in the first row, and then under that in the 2nd row you would have something like 'Vision' and then in the row after that in the same column you may have 'Company History' etc. For each item in level 2 use a new row and enter the item below the parent in that column. Click on the plus sign (+) at the end of the row to add a new row.

Add the 3rd level Menu items below. Please use the first row to add the parent level you entered in the section above and then in each row below add the 3rd level item that goes below that parent level 2. Using the example above, if you added 'Company' in level 2, and now want to add Board, Management etc under company. Then you will have company in the first row, and then under that in the 2nd row you would have something like 'Board'' and then in the row after that in the same column you may have 'Management' etc. For each item in level 3 use a new row and enter the item below the parent in that column. Click on the plus sign (+) at the end of the row to add a new row.

If you have more levels than Level 3, please add notes here in detail explaining the layout.
The Home page is the most important page on the site as it creates the first impression for a visitor. Most home pages have a slide show that highlights the key areas - Product, Service or something about the company. We recommend a Slide Show.
You can have as many slides as needed. However we recommend no more than 3 as after that point the visitor has moved on and will likely not see the rest of the slides. The goal here is to highlight key facts about the company.
Typically a slide consists of pictures and text and in some cases video. The text usually describes the product, service or key message and sometimes there is a button that is a call to action. Check all of the boxes below that apply.
If you have video on your slide show, please provide the source and the link below. If you do not have a Youtube, Vimeo or any online Video site account, we recommend create one at Youtube or Vimeo. They are both free and you can have your own channel. Add each source on a separate row. Click on the (+) Plus sign on the right to add a new row.
Pick 2-3 styles or more that you like. Usually, most customers pick the layout that is already part of the template they choose, We recommend that you choose the template selection as well. However, picking a certain layout does not mean that one is locked in. It simply provides an easy method of inputting the various components to your page. Then the page can be tweaked by simply dragging and moving around each box or element. The most popular layout is the slideshow on top with 3 -4 major boxes beneath it and then additional boxes/elemnts beneath that and a standard footer. These layouts can also be used in subsequent pages. Our editor will have built in templates so creating a page is a breeze. Simply pick a template and start adding elements to each area of the layout.
The key to any good website is good content. Unique content is now even a more important factor in SEO. Google and other search engines are placing a priority on quality content when calculating page ranking. If you already have content that's a good start.
If you are reusing content from other sources like existing websites, intranet location then please provide the source and the link. If you have documents then a separate link will be provided to upload all project related documents.
Please note content writing is an additional add-on service and is not included in the project. We have content writers that will work with you to write content that pertains to your vision and strategy and marketing of the site.
Please provide the page, source and the link where the pre written content will be copied from and to? This is high level to create the initial pages. Details and changes will be done during project discussions. The from source can be a document name that will be uploaded later.
Have you already designed the various graphics you will use for the site? These can be uploaded to a link that will be provided separately. We recommend all graphics to be in vector format like AI, or PSD. But transparent PNG will work as well. At the worst, jpegs can be used, but we suggest the prior formats in high resolution.
If you do not have graphics or have some but also want to buy more, there are a couple of options. You can go to the various commercial sites and buy directly from them. SOme of the best sites are: shutterstock, Getty Images, 123RF.com, We recoomend 123rf.com. They are very reasonable and we ourselves use them. The other option is to buy from us. We already have a large library of stock images that we provide at no additional charge.
If you have graphics, please enter the formats they are in. A separate link will be provided to upload all of your graphics and documents.
